Important Update:
Please note that the RFP #ECACMOFY11 is hereby deleted in its entirety, per section 9. Addition, Deletion or Modification of Proposal.  We are effectively postponing the RFP process for Case Management and Adoptions until sometime early in the calendar year 2011.  The reason for the postponement of the RFP is due to pending litigation in the state of Florida around the issue of exempt vs. non-exempt job classification for Case Management workers.
